These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website www.swimfavours.com and the purchase of products offered by Swim Favours, a brand operated by Grupo Irochka S.A.S., a company legally incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grupo Irochka S.A.S.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Swim Favours reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Site.

PRODUCT DESIGN VARIATION

Swim Favours garments feature exclusive prints and graphic designs. Due to the nature of the production process, the placement of prints may vary from one garment to another.

These variations are inherent to the product and do not constitute a defect. Each piece is unique.

 

ORDERS & PURCHASE PROCESS

Orders may be placed at any time, as the Site operates 24/7.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (Colombia time), on weekends, or on Colombian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A valid email address is required to complete a purchase. Order confirmations and related communications will be sent to this email.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Swim Favours reserves the right to modify or limit payment methods without prior notice.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be contacted via email and may choose to:

• Select another available product, or
• Receive a refund for the unavailable item

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–6 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian public holidays.

High-Demand Periods

During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond Swim Favours’ control.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Site, including images, designs, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Swim Favours.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
