EXCHANGE, RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through www.swimfavours.com 


EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be made for a product of equal or greater value. If there is a price difference, it must be covered by the customer. Swim Favours reserves the right to accept exchanges after verifying the condition of the garment.

Items purchased on promotion or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

For online purchases, exchanges apply only for size-related issues. Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.


PRINT VARIATION


Swim Favours garments feature prints whose placement may vary from one piece to another. This variation is part of the design and unique character of each garment and is not considered a quality defect.

In the event of an exchange, the replacement garment may feature the same print but not the exact same placement. The customer may also choose another available product from the online store.

 

RETURNS

Cash refunds are not issued for exchanges. If preferred, the customer may receive a store credit or voucher valid for six (6) months, redeemable in the online store.

 

PAYMENT REVERSAL

Customers may request a payment reversal in cases of fraud, unauthorized transactions, failure to receive the product within the stated timeframe, or if the product received does not correspond to the order or is defective.

The request must be submitted within five (5) business days of becoming aware of the issue by emailing swimfavours@hotmail.com, including personal details, reason for the request, applicable reversal cause, claimed amount, and payment method used.

The reversal will be processed through the payment gateway and may take up to fifteen (25) business days.

 

WARRANTIES

The warranty described below applies exclusively to purchases made through www.swimfavours.com and purchases made directly through Swim Favours official sales channels.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all Swim Favours products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers defects resulting from faulty materials or manufacturing processes.

WARRANTY TIMEFRAMES

  • Unused items:
    Customers have up to 15 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a warranty request if the item presents a manufacturing or fabric defect without having been used. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • Used items:
    Customers have up to 90 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a warranty request if the item presents a quality defect resulting from normal use. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

After 90 days, Swim Favours may, at its sole discretion, offer repair assistance for minor components (such as elastics, closures, or trims). Product replacements or refunds will not be granted after this period.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST

Warranty requests must be submitted via email to info@swimfavours.co, including:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the alleged defect
  • Preferred solution (repair, replacement subject to availability, or store credit)

Our customer care team will acknowledge receipt of the request within 1 business day.

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by the responsible department. A final response will be provided within fifteen (15) business days after the product has been reviewed.

WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY – QUALITY NON-CONFORMITY

A warranty request may be accepted if the product presents one or more of the following manufacturing defects:

1. Print-related defects

  • Incorrect or defective print
  • Misaligned or overlapped print
  • Print voids or inconsistencies
  • Stains or spots caused during production

2. Construction defects

  • Broken seams or perforations
  • Loose or gathered seams
  • Elastic without proper tension
  • Incorrect measurements relative to labeled size
  • Broken threads
  • Defective closures or fasteners

3. Fabric defects

  • Fiber breakage
  • Color migration
  • Fabric inconsistencies
  • Visible fiber flaws

For cases not covered above, Swim Favours may determine that the appropriate solution is repair only, subject to evaluation.





WARRANTY RESOLUTION



If a warranty claim is approved, Swim Favours may, at its discretion:


  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or a similar item of equal or greater value (subject to availability)
  • Issue store credit



Any replaced product or component becomes the property of Swim Favours.


This warranty does not grant the right to claim compensation for lost profits, personal inconvenience, or indirect damages.





WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS



This warranty does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by chemicals, bleach, or harsh detergents
  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters or force majeure
  • Damage resulting from user negligence or lack of proper care



If the defect does not fall within the scope of this warranty, Swim Favours reserves the right to charge the customer for repair, transportation, customs, or handling costs, or to decline the service.
